As a District operations Manager, you will lead the rollout of Digitkard’s Digital Aguwa network in your assigned district — identifying, onboarding and supporting ward-level leaders while ensuring the highest standards of verification, ethics and family trust.
Key responsibilities
  • Plan and execute the rollout of the Digital Aguwa network across all wards in your district.
  • Identify, evaluate and onboard the right local leaders as Digital Aguwas.
  • Ensure all Digitkard verification standards and privacy guidelines are followed.
  • Build strong relationships with local partners (cybercafes, digital aguwa, community stakeholders).
  • Coordinate with the central Digitkard team on performance, training and support.

Key responsibilities
  • Support families in creating and managing their Digitkard matrimony profiles.
  • Verify basic profile details and references as per Digitkard guidelines.
  • Act as a bridge between families, local partners and the Digitkard central team.
  • Maintain privacy, respect and cultural sensitivity in every interaction.
