कई बार गाँव के अनुभवी बुज़ुर्गों के पास सामाजिक विश्वास तो होता है, लेकिन वे स्वयं स्मार्टफ़ोन या ऐप आसानी से नहीं चला पाते। ऐसी स्थिति में वे अपने परिवार के किसी पढ़े-लिखे सदस्य — पुत्र, पुत्री, बहू या अन्य विश्वसनीय व्यक्ति — को डिजिटल सहायक (नामिती) के रूप में नामित कर सकते हैं। Experienced elders in a village often carry the social trust but cannot easily operate a smartphone or an app. In that case they may nominate a literate member of their family — a son, daughter, daughter-in-law or another trusted person — as their digital assistant (nominee).

- अगुआ फ़ॉर्म भरिएFill the Aguwa form
नाम, पता, वार्ड और अनुभव। फ़ॉर्म छह चरणों में है और हर चरण सेव होता जाता है, इसलिए एक ही बार में पूरा करना ज़रूरी नहीं। Name, address, ward and experience. The form has six stages and each one saves as you go, so it need not be finished in one sitting.
- आवेदन शुल्क ₹499 जमा कीजिए Pay the ₹499 application fee
एक बार का शुल्क, ऑनलाइन भुगतान। A one-time fee, paid online.
- ऑनलाइन मूल्यांकनOnline assessment
तारीख़ और समय की सूचना आपको पहले दे दी जाएगी। You are told the date and time in advance.
- रैंक के आधार पर परिणामResult by rank
हर वार्ड से सर्वोच्च रैंक वाले आवेदक का चयन कर उन्हें प्रमाणित किया जाता है। The highest-ranked applicant in each ward is selected and certified.

यह आवेदन शुल्क है — चयन शुल्क नहीं। यह राशि इन व्यवस्थाओं में उपयोग होती है: This is an application fee, not a selection fee. It goes into the following:
- पोर्टल एवं सर्वरPortal and servers
आवेदन पोर्टल को संचालित करने, सर्वर एवं तकनीकी प्रणालियों के रखरखाव में। Running the application portal and maintaining the servers and systems.
- परीक्षा व्यवस्थाExamination
परीक्षा आयोजित करने, तकनीकी संचालन और मूल्यांकन प्रक्रिया में। Conducting the exam, its technical operation and the assessment process.
- आवेदन सत्यापनVerification
प्राप्त आवेदनों की जाँच, सत्यापन और प्रक्रिया संबंधी कार्यों में। Checking and verifying the applications received.
- स्थानीय सूचनाLocal communication
चयन प्रक्रिया की आवश्यक जानकारी आपके वार्ड एवं स्थानीय क्षेत्र तक पहुँचाने में। Getting information about the selection out to your ward and local area.
- प्रशासनिक संचालनAdministration
पूरी आवेदन एवं चयन प्रक्रिया के दैनिक संचालन और प्रबंधन में। The day-to-day running of the whole application and selection process.
यह शुल्क किसी भी स्थिति में वापस नहीं होता — चयन हो या न हो। ऊपर लिखे ख़र्च आपका आवेदन पहुँचते ही शुरू हो जाते हैं, इसीलिए यह बात भुगतान से पहले, साफ़-साफ़ यहाँ लिखी गई है। This fee is not refundable under any circumstances — whether you are selected or not. The costs above are incurred the moment your application arrives, which is why it is said plainly here, before you pay.
