Users must be 18 years or older to use DigitKard. By using the platform, you agree to follow these terms.
2. Code of Conduct
- Do not post abusive, offensive, fake, fraudulent, or illegal content.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile.
- Accounts involved in fraud or fake profiles may be removed.
3. Verification System
DigitKard uses a multi-step verification process to reduce fake profiles and improve trust. Profiles may go through cybercafe, village leader, religious leader, and team checks depending on the flow used.
4. Matchmaking Suggestions
- Suggestions are available only for active accounts.
- Match suggestions are based on verified information and platform rules.
5. Privacy & Data Usage
- We protect user data and do not share it without consent.
- Users should still be careful while sharing private details.
6. Content Removal
We may remove or edit content that breaks the rules or creates risk for users.
7. Termination of Access
Accounts that break these terms may be suspended or closed.
8. Security
Your account is personal and should not be shared with others.
9. No Warranties
DigitKard services are provided "as is". We cannot guarantee zero downtime or third-party issues.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated version.
